Default Local Blockbuster even more blu

My local blockbuster has always has BD and HD-DVD in store. After the announcement of Blu-only my store has gotten some new HD-DVD releases but has expanded the Blu section enormously and has almost every new release on BD in the past couple months.

Last weekend when I went to get another BD they had more signs on the windows before you walk in.

On either side of the enter/exit doors there are big blue signs the have the BD logo and say "Blu-Ray the future in Hi-definition entertainment."

Nice!

Default My Blockbuster is Blu

My local Blockbuster never carried HD-DVD's, just Blu-rays, and they have a about half a wall packed with Blu-ray titles, stuff I never even knew existed on Blu-ray

...sort of a different topic: What makes mereally happy is that my local Target now has 4 rows od Blu-rays and only 4 HD-DVD movies left.

To the OP: you may want to talk to the manager and get his opinion on these things. If the store has a HDTV display but no HD gear to play with, you could volunteer your player for a BD demo for one night.
