Some of those would classify as supervillains or anti-heroes, no? Catwoman, Faora, Harley Quinn.

While I thought that Marvel's list was lacking, it really hasnt been that bad once I see the list of female superheroes they have had.

All the companies have had pretty good female superhero characters. It's no doubt that Fox's X-men movies have done the most for giving juicy roles to females.
