Default Warner outsources many of their HD Authoring to 1k studios
This company uses Microsoft's Pep encoder to do both HD-DVD and Blu-ray encodes. Warner is a big clint of thiers. This might explain why the same encodes on both HD media (VC-1). Click on technology on their website to learn more.
