Default Warner Studios -- Callin' you out for better Blu-ray support!...

Would you agree, the funny thing about Warner's painful lack of good titles on Blu-ray is that so many of these titles they released on HD DVD would appeal more to the Blu-ray crowd? Why? Think about it. With the PS3 being such an effective Trojan Horse for Blu-ray, you have to know that the majority Blu-ray capable players in homes today are PS3s. Can I assume Hif Def junkies / Gamers have slightly different tastes in movies? I'm guessing for Blu-Ray it's a bit of a younger, more web-saavy / sci-fi, type audience, no? If so, is it a stretch to think that titles like... The Matrix Trilogy, V for Vendetta, Batman Begins, Se7en, and Constantine wouldn't sell way better on Blu-ray? Warner, why not go nuts on Blu-ray with these and other titles? As compared to other studios, The Warner catalogue lends very nicely (if not best) to the Blu-ray demographic, I'm thinking.

Well Warner, even if you're not prepared to give Blu-ray some love, be it known from the Blu-ray camp, you obviously make some great High Def transfers, and I'd buy every single one of the aforementioned titles the day you would release them on Blu-ray. I'm betting "300" is a more anticipated release on Blu-ray...
