Epic Games has once again used the Game Developers Conference to show off Unreal Engine 4. In this new "Infiltrator" demonstration video, we're shown a gritty world that, while I don't think it showcases the visual fidelity of the engine as well as it could, does look like an interesting premise for a full game. According to Epic co-founder Mark Rein, the demo is running on a single, off-the-shelf NVIDIA GTX 680.
Although Unreal Engine games aren't tied down to one specific color palette, enough of them can be generally described as looking brown that a that common theme has emerged. That hasn't really changed here today with this demo, which is a bit of a letdown. Show us some color, Epic! http://www.destructoid.com/gdc-epic-...o-249970.phtml Last edited by Mavrick; 03-29-2013 at 07:19 PM. |
