"Sunshine" Blu-ray Release Date: January 8, 2008 - Blu-ray Forum

Although this was the most disappointing film I saw over the summer, I suppose it is worth a viewing considering some of the talent on and behind the camera.

It wasn't a great film, but it was beautiful and I think I'll pick it up. Hopefully the disc will look awesome and have those cool features to shutup the other side.

It had a lot of the elements from past sci-fi releases like 2001, Alien, and Event Horizon. It was great looking, but it had a few things that brought the movie down. Depending on what you're looking for you may actually enjoy the end of the movie, but they turned from sci-fi to slasher. I liked it, but it's not for everyone.

Sounds like it may be worth watching.

It's worth watching for sure...especially on BD. It may be the right fit for you. I had such high hopes for the film that I think I was somewhat letdown, but I find myslef anxious for the release so what does that tell you?

My friend first told me about it when he got back from england, so i watched it with little expectations and i thought Sunshine was amazing. I cant wait for it to come out on BD
