oh joy!!! sony fixed the AVCHD/5.1 playback from m2ts files! - Blu-ray Forum

woohoo! i can now stream avchd files over the network to the ps3 and it no longer downmixes the audio to stereo!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know if this is beacuse I use HDMI for audio now or because sony fixed it in the 2.0 firmware, but F'ing A!

damn i love this ps3
