Default X-Men Playback flawed on Second Movie on my Player - firmware fixed it

Not sure if this is the right place but I can't seem to get the 2nd disc of x men to work properly...any one else have similar issues?

Try updating your firmware if necessary and if that's not the case see if it's just that disc. You may have gotten a bad movie.

For the record, of all the discs I have moved, and its in the 1000's I have only seen one bad disc and it was visually obvious. The layers of the disc were separating. So that why I question all these 'bad' discs, 99.9999% its firmware related

yea i returned it and got a new disc and its the same issue. not to be the idiot here...but how does one update the firmware?

Well you plug an ethernet cable into the back of your blu-ray player and connect it to your router or the modem. Then in the blu-ray player menu, there should be an option called "software update" or something similar to that. Click it and it will check to see if there is a new firmware update available. If it is available, just click download and you're done
