Question Have you ever watched the same movie twice in a day?

When Hellboy 2 came out in theaters, I watched it 2 times in a row. Jurassic Park is another sample.

I watched Koyaanisqatsi twice in a day. The minute it ended, I started it back up again. It was that good.

Also watched The Passion of the Christ twice in a day. Once watching the actual movie, then again with the commentary on.

Last edited by Al_The_Strange; 06-25-2014 at 02:59 PM. Reason: Apparently, there's more than one movie called The Passion, so I had to specify

I saw Attack of the Clones 4 times opening day, including the midnight showing.

I was wee a bit obsessive about Star Wars at that time in my life.

saw Attack of the Clones twice on the same day - the first one in digital projection over in Merrifield Virginia - it was the first theater in the DC area to show the film as such - I was very underwhelmed. Went over to Regal Gallery Place in the evening to see it again with a friend, in 35mm - and guess which of the two was the superior presentation - yup the latter, better colors and much more aggressive surround sound levels.

I do this all the time with movies I own. I will watch the film and then I watch the commentary track turned on. Most recently I did this with Citizen Kane. Roger Ebert's commentary track is so good.
