Target steelbook with bonus disc, sold the DVD to a co-worker to mitigate some of the $23 cost.

No, and it's not as nice as the Target, the front is the same but the back and inside artwork is different.

I keep on hearing many on hear say that but I personally like the Future Shop version the best. To me it looks classier and has a nicer back and inside. The only downside is the bilingual language, but overall I still say it's better looking. The picture on the back of the Target edition is awkwardly framed, and the inside is just a photo from the movie. The FS steelbook is more consistent and keeps the same art style as the front throughout, and it doesn't have that ugly border.

And I agree, don't know why Canadian editons are constantly ignored from people on this site. We have pretty much identical discs right down to the packaging, other then the few exclusives here and there, and we are both in North America with the same region coding.

The only things I like about the Future Shop steelbook are the front cover and the way the discs are on one side. Target should have done that disc storing method over the "one on each side" with an extra disc flopping around.

In reality though, I like the way the Target steelbook's cover looks, except I wish that the black border was parchment coloured (the color of the font). And I wish that it had a finish to it!!!

Other than that, I'm good.

Does anyone know if the Canadian steelbook has a finish?

Picked up the steel yesterday. They had about 8 or 9 on the shelf.

Damn it was a pain in the ass hitting up Lakeland at 5pm...but it was worth it

Yeah, I avoid that area if I can around 4-6 pm. Lunch is not near as bad though. I just called to make sure and they said they have plenty of them.

Hey, I charge royalties for that image.

Btw, people mistakenly use G1 for anything bigger than BD size. The BBY exclusive IS NOT G1, it's actually bigger (wider). But, I'm just being technical.

It's just bigger packaging. It's actually wider than a DVD, which is technically what G1 is.
