I "returned" the one I paid $377 for (as Sam's Club) about three weeks ago and bought this one.

I feel so naughty.

I purchased this model at Sam's club back in august. I recently took my receipt in and got the difference from the 449.56 I paid to the price of 277.56 they sell for now.

I went to customer service to get a refund for the difference but the bit@h at the counter said she wasn't authorized to do that.

I walked over to where they were stacked (very few left)...picked one up...paid for it...walked out and right back in with the player and asked for a refund using my original receipt. Walked out with $108.

More than one way to skin a cat.
