I'll wait for a more reliable source to confirm this before I get excited... But assuming this is legitimate, I'm in for all three. Rope and Shadow of a Doubt specifically are two of my most wanted Hitchcock titles for UHD, along with North by Northwest and Strangers on a Train.

I don’t know of any unofficial announcements that Dawn of the Discs has made that turned out to be incorrect or wishful thinking, or flimsily sourced rumor, that sort of thing. He always posts about a new release when it’s listed on a retail website or comes from an inside source with a proven track record, or when it’s officially announced by the label.

I recall ROPE on Blu-ray having color fringing due to misalignment of the 3-strip negatives. I imagine they used an optically-combined dupe for the Blu-ray, hopefully they go back to the 3-strip originals here and perfectly align them digitally.
