Having problems with 5.1 surround. It plays on menu but not on movie. Anyone having the same problem!

Is the picture quality as bad as HDD says?

The PQ is not god awful. It is definately not anywhere near the quality of better remasters like A Few Good Men or the Untouchables, but it is better than my SD copy. I believe that most of it is due to the source, which is just not made to show off in high def.
