The first two seasons actually came out here but they stopped releasing them due to low sales. The entire series has been released in Germany though.

I was so annoyed that they stopped after season 2, to the point where I was ready to just sell off the first two seasons and be done with it.

This is what they honestly should have done from the beginning. This will be nice too because they used unnecessarily thick Blu-ray cases for the first two seasons, this'll hopefully be in a nice, space-saving box.

This came out of nowhere! I will gladly buy this! Ever since they stopped at S2 I've been itching for the rest of the show on BD.

And again don't be surprised by the price. It's a pre-order and will obviously go down. With the previous 2 seasons being easily had for $10, I can see this being around $80 or so. I will snatch this up so quick!

I don't think Fox is involved in this, it appears Mill Creek is releasing this set.

Fox isn't releasing it. Carsey-Werner owns it and they currently have a deal with Mill Creek.

Unfortunately, Roseanne was shot on video tape so it can never be in HD. Only an upscale and who wants that crap. I wish Roseanne was shot on film as it was my favorite sitcom of the '80's and '90's. Still is! I just rebought the complete series on DVD at Walmart for 30 bucks.

Syndicated episodes are butchered to fit more ad space in, entire chunks of the show are edited, and are not what was originally broadcast on ABC the first time around.

The Anchor Bay DVD releases of the first 2 seasons used syndicated masters, removing certain scenes to make room for more commercials.
