Blankman (1994) - Blu-ray Forum

This one seriously needs a blu ray release! I know this one is like Mallrats (You either love it or hate it). Just do what they did with Enemy Mine or that recent 4K of Ticks. Make a super limited run of them, and those of us who really want it can get it!

I would love a Blu-ray of Blankman. It needs to happen. For the love of J-5 it needs to happen.

I remember this movie and totally so funny movie. I absolutely love to see release Blu-ray as well.

Saw it in the theater as a kid and enjoyed it. It's in digital hd on streaming platforms.

It's a fun little flick with a good dose of heart. I'd love to own it on Blu-ray.

There is no Blu-ray for this? I guess Sony won't license it out. Good movie.

There isn't, and the current HD master going around (on digital, TV, etc.) is quite bad.

I would definitely pick this one up on Blu-ray. It's a silly movie but it's a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, the best I could see happening would be a Mill Creek release.

I always loved catching this movie whenever it was on TV in the 90's and I'm surprised I've never owned a physical copy of it. I'd definitely pick it up. Maybe Shout can get their hands on it through their deal with Sony.

I wouldn't mind having a physical unrated HD release of White Chicks to go with it.

I own the DVD....fuskin Classic!!!

Ill check and see if there any special features that need to be retained, if it ever got a BD.

I saw this with a friend on opening weekend. We were the only people in the theater. I wanted to leave about 30 minutes into it, but he had driven and had the keys. Afterwards, he said he hated it. I asked him why we had to sit through the whole thing, and he said he wanted to get his money's worth.

So anyway, I probably wouldn't buy it.
