can't play won't play

i hav over 34 blue ray disks all playing just fine.except. 3 10 to yuma. i hav the sony vaoi laptop vgn fz21z model all menus r coming up on screen but i cant actualy play the movie.why is this anyone.please

310 yuma has been a pain my side as well. sold one and wont play, but oddly enough it played on my sony. This guy says he has a new samsung and didnt know how to update the firmware.

Firmware and uneducated consumers is going to be the biggest issue with the high def format.

No problems on the PS3. Must be firmware related like the last Pirates of ' Caribbean film.

You're probabably using powerdvd.
