Lawsuit because you didn't investigate formats first or because you can still play HD DVDs?

I bought my player before this so-called format war. yes its old but it works very well. No I am not going to sue but What would you do if you cannot afford a Blue ray Player (When I bought my player I had the money back then). I am basically left out in the cold with a good machine but with no new titles to play on it.

While you're at it, don't forget to sue McDonald's for that hot coffee spill.

How could you buy the player before the format war???

So you have an upconverting DVD player then. Did you sue because you had an SDTV when HDTVs came out? Get real, bub.

That could be a good deal, depending on which player you're refering to.

I agree with you Blu-Beard, but I think I can get him a better deal, I only paid $450 for my newest player.

Do you smell that?

You know, I was at Buger King once and wanted a Pepsi, they said they only serve Coke. Looks like I have a law suit also.

But I'm only going out on a limb on the very slim off change the OP isn't a joke account I'll say if you bought either player last year you should have known you were taking a risk. This was always a winner take all war.

If you bought a HD-DVD player since January of this year then you get what you deserve for not researching your investment.

So any anger over your own purchase should be aimed at yourself really.

Good idea, think i'll sue also, because I can't play blu rays in my toaster. Makes about as much sense.

I can't play Blu-Rays in my DVD player, not worried about it. Blu is a better technology.

Now that HD DVD is dead, the noobs and trolls here are more abundant than the flood on Halo.
