yeah, but I hope MAG is a new game.

I don't think they would make 2 online SOCOM games would they??

It could be socom. Its a straight up online game, no single/story mode. I really dont care if it comes out as a new socom or a new game. I just want to know how are they gonna make this thing work. This could be the best game they could ever come up with(regarding tactical shooter game) if this 256 players thing work or the worse game game. Its all about making it work, meaning no lag and no bs!

I think there are pros and cons of calling it SOCOM.

The pros are that people will instantly recognize the name, so it might get noticed more easily.

The cons are that there's that other SOCOM game coming out shortly (made by another studio, not Zipper), and that maybe using SOCOM will make people think it's just like the previous games, and not substantially different.

I don't really care what it's called. I just want it to be good.
