Master and Commander "Gunshot" after 17 mins - Blu-ray Forum

After 17 minutes into the movie there is an extremely loud crackiing noise on the dts-hd MA track, it is like a gunshot or explosion, I jumped up in my seat as this is a quiet dialog scene and the noise doesn't belong to the movie. I was worried about my speakers so loud it was. Anybody else noticed that? Or do I have a faulty disc?

Search for "DTS bomb". There's a bug in DTS's chip that is fixed by a receiver firmware update. Check your receiver's website for the file and procedure
