Default Monitor VS HDTV

My monitor crashed on me last night, so I started looking at 22' and larger monitors.

My local Best Buy has this TV open boxed about $40 cheaper and with my Reward Zone coupons it will knock another $80 off. Anyone have one? It's a little bigger than what I was looking for, but for the price I'm leaning towards trying it out.

I have a 32" Dynex.

I really like it. Obviously its no Pioneer Elite!

But for the price it looks sweet with my PS3 connected.

The model I have is last years model which had the ATSC Tuner, not sure if newer models still have it?

The pic of mine is in my sig...but it doesn't do any justice since it was taken with a camcorder!! Looks much nicer in person.

At that price, I don't think I can pass it up. I was using a 19" CRT so this will be a major upgrade. Right now my keyboard sits on my desktop so I'll have to modify things, probably just make a sliding keyboard tray to get a little space between the TV and my eyes. Will be a definite improvement for gaming.
