Blu-ray subtitles problem - Blu-ray Forum

Hi guys,

I'm building a blu-ray dvd in adobe encore but it seems that subtitles are not suported in encore cs3. It is possible to add subtitles timelines and import them into the project but when the blu-ray is recorded the subtitles wont show up on the screen. I have no way to test this for now but all the information i gather from the net tells me that this is a common problem.

Is there a way to resolve this?
I have several subtitles that i need to use in the same movie.

Hi,

We allready have a blu-ray burner to test our project but the subtitles problem remains. No subtitles appear when you export the blu-ray folder. Imported subtitles and subtitles created in the program. Will adobe ever resolve this problem?? If we can't use subtitles the project is worthless. I'm trying other formats like image scripts, i don't know if this will work.

Please help if you know something about this.
