Default Coming Soon UK Blu-Ray Leaflet

I picked up The Guardian on DVD this week and was quite suprised to see the first decent bit of advertising for BR in the UK.

It was only leaflet explaining just what BR is, what you need to play it.. and how it's better then HD-DVD

But it also confirms the following movies will hit BR in the UK soon...

The Rock
Crimson Tide
Bruce Almighty
POTC: Curse of the Black Pearl
King Arthur
Deja Vu
Sin City
Enemy of the State
Pearl Harbour
Sky High
Chicken Little
Scary Movie 4
The Guardian
Gone in 60 Seconds
Flightplan
Eight Below
Breaking and Entering
POTC: Dead Mans Chest
Finding Neverland
Con Air
Dinosaur
Hollywoodland
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
Air Force One

Pretty decent list, one that im pretty excited about

Aren't some of those Universal titles, like Hollywoodland?

Its nice to join a Blu-ray only forum. I hope we don't get HD-DVD trolls here like we did at AVF.

Welcome 'home'.

No doubt 'Rasczak' from AVF will be over here if he finds out you've joined.

Hi Bluetyler, I've been looking in on this forum for months now but never registered until today. I've seen a few posters here from AVF and AVS and think this site takes the best from each. Hopefully it will stay that way.

You won't see me posting on AVF anymore as the modding there has become ridiculous, and I certainly wont be missing Rasczak thats for sure.

Amen, but i will miss your posts there. Sah is kinda on his own now. and Ras seems in a world of his own where only his opinion can be viable (ras im neutral but want hd-dvd to win...OK) followed by his post reporting wannabe the jakal.

Thanks gandley. AVF seems to be a HD-DVD forum where Blu-ray news is censored.

Hopefully a few other AVF members will come across as they do from AVS and we can have a one format forum.

I think BVHE is putting region coding on their releases so sadly we cannot import their UK titles, but stuff like Hollywoodland, U-571, Spy Game, Cinderella Man, Brokeback Mountain, etc., is available through other BVHE Region A markets like SOuth America, Japan, etc.
