(titanic)is it paramounts though.. it says they distributed it theatrically/vhs/laserdisc/2001dvd
but fox distributed it 99dvd and 05dvd

I checked my DVD version and it seemed hardcore Paramount. It was a Paramount Classic on the front, Paramount logo on the side, on the back - and a little itty bitty Fox at the bottom of the back - so I went with Paramount,

Titanic is Paramount's domestically & FOX's Internationally.

DreamWorks in the US and Universal in the rest of the world and both of them only do HD-DVD

Same as Titanic ; Fox holds international rights and Paramount US rights; heard about it coming to HD-DVD from Paramount and on Blu-Ray from Fox in 2008
- The Beach
Released by Fox worldwide and it may be part of their 100 titles they are releasing in 2008
- The Island
Warner released this in Europe on Blu-Ray so get it now
- Starship Troopers
Buena Vista released this on Blu-Ray in Europe so get it now and Sony should release it in 2008 in America

Why bother, who wants to see this in high-def
- Jurrasick Park Trilogy
Universal has the rights and they do HD-DVD only at this time but it's Spielberg and he wants Blu-Ray which Universal does not want to do so a no go for now.

Lucas won't release this on high-def untill a winner as come out of the format-war
