Default TRANSPORTER 3 review

Saw it yesterday. Why are the critics hating it? It is an excellent mindless action romp. Great automobile chases and carnage. Brutal, well edited, bone breaking fights. Machine guns thashing about. Cute tongue-in-cheek humor. Rediculous escapes and a razor thin plot. A fresh young red-headed vixen (with great legs). It is what it is suposed to be, dumb fun.

Chime in with your hate or love.

Heard that the whole "can't be more than a certain distance from the car" thing was really underused. Shame.

Really?? Was just reading the review in Empire and it said it was very underused. Never-mind!

Just got Transporter 2 on BD today, if the PQ & AQ are anything like the first i'm going to be stoked.

I have not read that review, but the distance from the car is "in play" many times. I dont want to spoil anything...just go see it, you'll dig it.

Critics are people like us who enjoy watching movies. They gotta realize not every movie is going to be a box office hit such as Transporter 3. What is Hollywood's job? To entertain us...period.

The first one was good, second sucked and this one doesn't look that good. I'll wait till it's on Blu.

Transporter 3: It was ok. It had its moments and if you liked the other two you will walk out thinking not bad but not that special.

I really liked the first one and didn't care much for the second one. Part three is closer in tone to the first one, with a little bit of the way over the top part 2 splashed in.

One of the problems was the camera work wasn't very good.Fast cuts and always just missing showing the money shots. A common thing in action movies today sadly.Although nowhere near as bad as the camera work in Eagle Eye.

They tossed in more character moments and scenes which was fine but not as rewarding as a fight scene in a film of this nature could generate. Along with that the movie spends a lot of time on its plot, that isn't that great to begin with.As the thread started said he thought it was paper thin. But they spend a lot of time on it. So in other words less action and more chatty chatty.

That was the main problem with the film. We didn't have very many fight scenes or "WoW" action moments. Let's face it, that's what anyone sitting down to see a movie called Transporter 3 is looking for. (When the title popped up I couldn't help but think of Tropic Thunder and the Scorcher trailer)

It's not complete crap and was actually better than I was expecting for a part three after being underwhelmed with part 2. So for fans its worth seeing once, but it wouldn't hurt to wait for a rental.

If you got looking for something profound in the unprofound. Then of course your going to hate it.

A movie experience can be disposable and brainless. It doesn't have to be all great breaking with gay cowboys, politics and racial tensions to be considered worthy of viewing.

That's why for the most part i hate the majority of the critics out there.
