Default When they re-release Transporter 1 & 2 will they also re-release Transporter 3?

I'm pretty sure they will re-release 1 & 2 since some of the DVD editions have more stuff (like an unrated cut, extras) than the blu-rays. Transporter 3's blu-ray appears to have all the stuff in the best DVD edition however.

There's a good deal on amazon for the Jason Stanthom bundle right now for the 1st two Transporters and In the Name of the King for a little over $40.

I actually liked Transformer 3 the best...a great action flick. However, I see no reason to double dip on any of them. Extras? Who really has the time to watch all of the extras?

I rarely watch the extra features on the discs. So no double dip for me

I did not consider that they would redo the TP trilogy. However, I was wondering if Lionsgate would re-encode Crank using MPEG-4 AVC and either TrueHD or DTSMA-HD in time for the BD release of Crank II in a few months. Even though Crank was one of the first awesome BD's with respect to PQ/SQ, it was encoded using MPEG-2 and PCM audio which is a little outdated in terms of today's releases. Seems like a reasonable double-dip opportunity.

Transporter 3 is from Lionsgate and they already did a great job with the Blu-ray Disc so why would they redo it?

The Transporter and Transporter 2 are from Fox and they have yet to redo or double dip on any titles. Alien vs Predator was rumored to be given a new BD but so far, nothing has come of it.

Like the post above, it would be a big no. They were put out by two different studios, which kind of sucks.

While I wouldn't double dip either because I got the first two for fairly cheap, I'm sure plenty of people watch the special features. If nobody did, they wouldn't bother re-releasing movies.
