Default Narnia: New Low or Higher Heights?

Is Narnia due for greater heights or lower lows? What do you think?

I thought the 1st was better than the 2nd also but not by much. Just to many cheesy lines and a little long. Just to stretched out

I think it'll head into a better direction. The first two were pretty sloppy.. I like the 2nd best so far. Susan and Peter really make the movies bland. They're both so dry and emotionless.

How often is number 3 better or even equal to number 1 or 2?

I really liked the first two, and I expect more of the same.

I love these movies to death.

I would agree though that Susan and Peter could be better. Lucy is definitely the heart of the series.

I think the reason part 2 didnt do so well is that it went up against Iron Man and Dark Knight... they should of released the movie during the holiday season, it would of made a ton more money... i liked both movies and hope they third will be even better

I liked both but I liked the 2nd one more than the first so I think they're moving in the right direction if they can find someone to fund the 3rd.

(And if you'd even read the books, you'd know they only go upwards from Caspian.
Try reading a few of them. In point of fact, try reading a few of them instead of posting.)

I'm still hugely upset that Disney bailed out on the third because it didn't profit immediately.

They couldn't just give it time! So impatient and impolite.

If Fox (they're doing it right?) does it right I'll forgive a few of their sins.

The question is this: how long before production on Narnia 3 begins / how long before it debuts in the theater?

I fear that as more time passes, the original actors from N1 and N2 will reach an age that makes them less appealing for the series. In fact, near the end of Narnia 2 Peter tells Lucy and Edmond that he and Susan will not return to Narnia (reason being that they are growing too old). It could be unsettling to NOT have the original four characters in the next Narnia movie.

I adored both Narnia movies and am hopeful that the third will be made. I hope it can be done as well as the first two. If the movies series ends I will have no choice but to read the books.

I'm confused... you don't realize that Peter and Susan aren't goanna be in Dawn Treader?

I am a fan of the first, the second seemed a little long and drawn out. I know there was more violent but it just seemed to play to a 16 year old love story.
