Default Quick DLP Question

I am looking at purchasing a Samsung 56'' DLP TV. I was just wondering, since Samsung will no longer be producing DLP TVs in 2009, what is a good estimate of bulb lifespan? I've heard estimates all over the place, so has anyone had any postive (or negative) experiences with bulb replacement? I am sure I will be able to find one in 5 years or so (or just buy a new tv then) for $200 or something and can easily replace it. Is this something I should be worried about or should I jump on the HL56A65 like a fat kid on cake? I'm really excited about this tv, especially at a price of < $1100, but I just want to make sure it will last long enough to be worth the money.
