Default sammy DLP question?

Last August I bought the samcrap HL-T5076s DLP tv! It has had a slight bowing effect since day one. Everyone Ive seen at B.B. and C.C. and also my girlfriends exact same model all do it to some degree. Its a annoyance, but decided to live with it. Lately it seems like Ive noticed a little brighter area in the top widescreen black bar in the center about a foot in length, changing a little lighter or darker with the brightness of the scene. Girlfriends does same thing. the warrantys are up in a month so Im trying to get them both serviced. I tried talking to higher level support today I got 2 different answers as I set up for service a week ago. There is no sam. tech. close to our area, so supposedly theyre trying to set it up one rep mentioned an exchange which I could live with, maybe this years l.e.d. powered sets would probably satisfy me. they cant do anything about the bowing effect because of the slim depth design. I dont want to get screwed on another sam. product as I have the bd-p1400, which needs serviced and recently bought the bd-p1500. Any good suggestions would be appreciated to battle with sam. to make me happy with the tv........sorry so long!
