Sony BDPS350 Player error - Blu-ray Forum

Hi to everyone, I'm from Mexico City, I bought a sony blu ray player but somethig curious happen the last week, I'm also bought 4 Blu Ray pictures Ant Bully, Lost Boys, Cars and Ratatouille, I saw all the pcitures but the second time I need to play Lost Boys The Player doesn't recognize the disc and sends me the following message

This disc can not be play
Disk unknown

Does anyone can help me with this????

Hi Agusbeta:
I'm from California USA and i did have exactly the same problem that you are having and i was about to give out when a friend of mine told me to update the firmware on my player and I did and surprise surprise that took care of the problem.
Pls let me know if this help ok.
