Layer Cake Double Dip? - Blu-ray Forum

Hey Guys,

I am thinking about buying Layer Cake on Blu-ray. I have the dvd already but I have heard that the blu-ray version is amazing. Would you say it is worth double dipping. Not to mention the fact that I only payed $3.99 for the dvd at Bestbuy.

This is great film,the Blu IS worth the upgrade,and this is one of Sony's cheaper Blu Ray titles!

never seen the dvd but own the blu ray, and ontop of the movie being great the pq and aq are top notch. I say dip

This was one of the earlier Blu-rays I ever bought. It looks great, excellent film. I say go for it.

I say go for it as well, I had rented it on sd dvd and watched it again on hd net movies but when I saw a good deal on the blu version I jumped on it and was very happy I did.

I did and I thought it was well worth the money. JandR has this for $14.99 now.

Layer Cake has really great video and audio, definitely worth double dipping... you won't regret it.

This was one of my first Blu's I bought when I started, damn it was a great flick and great sound, not to mention PQ. Crap, now you guys made me want to rewatch it tonight.

Great, smart movie, very well made. This is a no brainer for the upgrade, throw in the fact that the DVD only set up back three clams, what the hell are you waiting for man.

Ahhh... I need to watch this again tonight! Love this film. PQ and AQ are pretty good. It's not top-notch, but they're well worth the upgrade from DVD!
