I can't believe no one else has voted Revolutionary Road (regardless of what you thought of the movie, his acting was incredible imo)...The Departed would be a very close second for me.

Voted for The Departed. Haven't seen Blood Diamond, Body Of Lies or Revolutionary Road yet even though I own all three on Blu-ray got some catching up to do.

RR is easily his best performance, but best film is hard to pick....

Pretty good resume, especially considering movies such as The Basketball Diaries is missing! Whether you like Dicaprio or not, it's hard to argue that he is not one of, if not the, finest actor of his generation. I voted for Titanic simply because I feel his performance is greatly underrated in that film. Most ppl ignore how good he was simply because they do not like the film, but he was fantastic. It's tough to argue against What's Eating Gilbert Grape, though.
