Volume of Sound Seems Low - Blu-ray Forum

I just bought a SonySDP350 and I played Clear and Present Danger - the sound seemed low - is there anything I need to do to adjust the sound on the blu-ray player itself. I have only encountered this once befor on Sleeping Beauty. Everything else seems fine

Do you have an audio system? If so, what type of system do you have?

No - just the regular player through th esony flat screen bravia - is there anything i can do

Are you using HDMI or optical from the player to the TV?

I had the EXACT same problem with my 350... someone here on the forum had the answer: go into your audio settings on the player and switch it to DIRECT.

Worked like a charm for me.

The funny thing is that he's unhappy about the product he's trying to sale for some reason. Makes me not want that product.
