I know this only had a trailer on the Warner US release. Hopefully we get more, like some retrospective interviews.

Hope it isn't the same Dnr'ed and EE mess the US release had, but highly likely.

Because it'll be an Amazon placeholder price.

No doubt it will change over time.

It's not a placeholder, it's already been released and it's in stock. But I think it'd be better to ask Amazon the question than us.

Oops! Silly me. US one is around seven bucks... so seven quid

Probably get it for around a tenner all in, assuming the Mediumrare one isn't a new master.

If you scroll to the bottom of the frontpage on their site and click Help, that will get you through to their contact details.

Amazon took away the facility to inform them of a lower price for a particular title a year or so back. There used to be a link on each product page.

Now they don't seem to care if you don't like the price. Just don't buy it. What you would expect though with their defacto monopoly as so few competitors left.

There's no possible way Warner's US BD transfer will be used as Universal distributed it overseas and retained the international rights, which explains how MeduimRare was able to license it.

Unless Uni made a 2/4k remaster in recent times, I highly suspect that the source made for their R2 DVDs is what’s gonna be on the BD (abit in its native HD format). I don't know how that transfer was, but all I heard was that back in the DVD days it smoked the letterbox, Laserdisc derived Warner DVD.

You got that right. Amazon don't give a sh*t anymore.

I always order from HMV as much as possible these days.
I only use Amazon when absolutely necessary.

Anybody comment on Uni’s transfer for this? Wondering if it’s worth picking up?
