It's official, my PS3 died

Just sent her off to Loredo for surgery. 'Tis a pity you can't expect a $400 product to last for much more than a year. Hopefully, when it's returned, I can expect my $550 PS3 to outlast the whopping 90 day warranty they give their refurbs.

I would have sprung for the Samsung 3600 if I didn't have so much invested in this PS3 thing already--the Harmony adapter and Rock Band (which I hardly play anymore) have pretty much locked me in.
