To preface: this is all just my opinion:

I believe your two areas of concern are the wall right behind the sofa and the wall of glass and doors to the right off the sofa (if you are sitting facing the tv)

Wall behind the sofa:
Gotta get rid of the mirror. Alternate absorbers and diffusers on as much of the wall as possible. Literally try to cover the wall. This is because you are getting wicked reflection of the wall since the primary listening position is about 18" from the wall. Diffusers near the surrounds.

Wall with glass and doors to the right:
If you can I would recommend sound absorbing curtains on a rod close to the ceiling hanging down to the floor. You can open them during the day and have them closed at night for movies/music. It will help the reflections coming from the glass.

Ceiling:
Absorbers and/or diffusers near the middle of the ceiling between the front speakers and sofa.

Left wall: (no wall- open to rest of place)
You could probably leave this alone. Its open so the sound travels off into the rest of the place. Right now you probably have a BIG difference between left and right. Left is open, right is reflecting.

I would use both absorbers and diffusers. Too many absorbers will probably make the room sound pretty "dead."

Just my 2cents for free...

one of the easiest ways to find your reflection points are, get a mirror and place it where you want to put the panels, if you see the tweeter on your speakers this is a place you want to put some of your acoustic foam. Just create a pattern on the wall and go to the next spot.

You can just contact GIK acoustics and a professional will help you. You can just send them these pictures of your room and they will tell you where to place and what exactly you need.

auralex, rpg, and real traps also offer this service.

my thoughts would be similar to Grevlin, the room is never going to be perfect, so its a case of improving rather than anything else.

Auralex foams are ok for a bit of spot treatment, and their diffusors might do the trick, they are more for flutterecho than anything else..

RPG have a vast range, but for HT purposes, Absorbers, Flatffusors and Foam, their 'profoam' offers some flexibility, you can add layers to it to increase bandwidth while the flatffusor offers a combination product

GiK im not so keen on - limited colours and overly thick panels(all imho of course) that you could very easily make at home, their diffusor is...not for me
