SOE MATRIX ONLINE Shutting down

i played this for a while & the story used to be great but then i heard that it went downhill after they cut the live events, cinematics etc

Just wondering if any of you here played & what your plans are if your moving to another MMO or looking at another in the future

It's sad something like this happened especially from SOE but even the big companies aren't immune from such things & hope that the newer SOE titles like The Agency, Free Realms & DC Universe Online don't go this way

DC in particular holds a lot of promise & The Agency from the matrix, they have the action elements & in particular The Agency seems to have the matrix-esque look to some degree i guess

I haven't played the game in years but i know, whenever this happens, it truly is gut wrenching for most MMO communities that have been there for years

Just hope this doesn't happen with any of the other upcoming SOE titles next year, or i'll be one of those people
