Default Question about Sony TVs... advice please!

Sony 1080p tv's new line.

http://reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-a...-32468280.html

I am interested in a LCD 1080p tv from Sony.

I will either buy the Sony KDL-40W3000 or the Sony KDL-40XBR4.

The only difference in these two models is, that it has 120 hz refresh rate (Sony calls this motionflow). How important is this 120hz refresh rate, if you allready have 24p option?

(I think there is also another difference in these models, that the article doesnt mention, XBR4 uses 'Bravia engine pro' and 40W3000 uses 'Bravia engine EX')

I cant buy these models, I just have to wait, till the equavilent of these models launch in Europe.
And in Europe, motionflow on Sony tv's is not 120 Hz, but it is 100Hz instead, Sony calls it: Motionflow 100Hz +, Now I dont know why they put the plus behind 100hz, maybe it swithes between 100hz (for 50fps) and 120hz (for 60fps content).

So basicly my question is, is the motionflow feature worth it?

Edit: It is important to me, that there is no, or minimal judder. Because judder makes my head hurt.
