I think amazon should also have a more prominent warning that blu-rays don't play on regular dvd players. What they should do is have a page display that shows the warning for people who ordering blu-ray for the first time. Then when that customer orders blu-ray a second time, there'd be no more hassle page.

I don't think amazon does this but I get the feeling that some b&M places will just reshrink wrap blu-rays that people return who don't realize they need a blu-ray player.

TBH dude if you don't know blu-ray doesn't play on a DVD player, you get exactly what you deserve when it comes to your house and you can't play it. Mean but true.
