Default BDP Suggestions!

Im looking to trade up from my PS3 to a standalone unit. There is really only a couple things that I am looking for in a standalone unit. One is superb video upconverting. Another is fast load times. The last is price (around $400us). I have reaserched and found that a good player for me, maybe the Samsung BD-P2500 as it has incorporated the REON video chip. The new line of Samsung players look nice, but they do not have the REON chip. As for netflix or wifi, I dont need either. Im looking for the best PQ/AQ in my particular price range. Are there any players that someone could recommend, besides the Samsung BD-P2500 that incorporates the things im looking for? Thanks in advance!
