Default Please help with my new Toshiba

I just bought the 40XV645U. I exchanged it for the same model, I thought the first one was damaged but the new one is doing the same thing. When watching a blu ray through my PS3, or an HDDVD through my xbox which are both hooked up with HDMI cables I have problems. Seemingly random when watching a movie the screen with go black just for a second like it lost its signal. I have tried all new HDMI cables and it still happens. What could be causing this? If it helps at all the XBOX will say it lost the HDCP connection, I have know idea what that is.
