WB BD Live registration won't work for me!!! - Blu-ray Forum

Man I'm ticked off, I went to register with WB's BD-Live, I enter my email address thru my BD player, then they send me an email to finish the registration, i try to submit and it says there is another user with the same email this is total BS because I NEVER HAVE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED, the only thing that WB has is my WBshop info, that might be whats scewing it up. I NEED HELP HERE!!!

I've had the same problem. Difference is I did sign up for Insider rewards with my emai so theay do have my emai on file as with the WBshop.
I have sent 2 emails and gotten NO response. Might come down to a telephone # if someone has one.

Thanks,then it's the damn email w/ WBshop is the problem, there goes my enjoying BD Live through Warner Bros,since it WON'T let me create a user name and password. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem!

Yea I'm trying to get a phone number or at least another email to figure it out. I'll let you know if I get one

I had the same problem with WB. They either need to crap or get off the pot. It's so frustrating because the new 300 blu-ray title is going to be BD-Live and I'm probably not going to be able to do anything until they fix this most annoying problem.

I guess I can create a new email address just for WB BD Live, thats about my only option, I wonder if I can have two different google email accounts?

Yea I'm with you. Not only can I not watch the Trick r Treat, or access the other content, but the code for the Insider Rewards acct doesn't work so I'm kinda screwed
