Mag NB500MGX? - Blu-ray Forum

Say the Magnovox at Wally World for $128 and thought this would be a great entry point to start enjoying BR.

Anyone own this machine and do you have anything to report?

What are the odds that there will be some very nice machines for around this price come Black Friday?

I purchased it about a week ago and have zero complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

I also got an extended 2 year warranty (total of 3) for 20 bucks.

I bought it last Thursdday, and for some reason in shut off twice for no reason.

I took it back and got my money and wonder if I should go buy another and try it out.

It seems the upscaling on "regular DVD's" was not great but it was an old Andy Griffith B&W.
