Default HISENSE 55in (140cm) FULL HD 100hZ LCD???

I am looking at getting this 55" Hisense LCD, would it be suitable for my ps3?

any feedback on this tv would be much appreciated.

I didnt come across much or anything on Hisense TVs here. But I hope you do get some feedback from current owners. My two cents...go for the Samsung 50" or the Panasonic 50" at the same website, the prices for those look reasonable as well. I'd go with a reputable brand over 5" more of screen ...again just my 2 cents.

The TV might be a good choice for using with PAL sources, some blu rays are encoded with 1080i50Hz or 1080p25Hz. Otherwise, from what I'm reading, this is an overpriced television that doesn't perform much better and cheaper televisions already available in North America (I assume you are using american capita). A region A PS3 will do you no good with it.

I'm from Australia actually............Think I'm going to go with a Sammy 50" full HD plasma instead
