Any fans of Terence Hill & Bud Spencer films here? They Call me Trinity etc (1972)...

Do you think they will release any of there movies in Blu? & would it be worth it?

They really need to release these films on Blu, The DVD's lack so much quality. The faces are so blurry & have so little detail. Even though the vhs are cropped & not wide screen, they look far better then the dvd versions. Either way they really need to release these on BD.

Hell yeah! cant wait for them too.
Anyway take a look here: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=85837

Probably something will be out in these year, but from german market and seems will have only German dubs and maybe there will be something else next year from the italian side.

Lets hope things will not in these way or better , lets hope they will take their time but to release something very good

I tried contacting Terence Hill.com about this, see what they think.

Never get a reply, or a reply on any topic...

Sad thing is, all the Terence hill films are on a single DVD disc, theres simply no detail at all. I resort back to VHS versions.

Only out in bluray there is "Il mio nome è nessuno" that should be "My Name Is Nobody" or probably "Lonesome Gun" in english.
But got only italian audio track and sub too. (anyway video quality is pretty good, for sure better than any dvds out)

Also of course, there is only Terence hill in these movie.

Hmm thats good to hear, its a start I guess.

I have watched that before, but I much prefer the Spencer/Hill combos.

Do you have Il mio nome è nessuno on Blu??

Maybe you could snap some screenshots, that would be great.

Thanks.

Ive noticed an annoying problem with the DVDs, some are missing small bits from that of the VHS versions. It will cut to the next scene without the actor finishing his lines.

Hope this isn't the case if they ever go to Blu Ray.

I emailed Hens Tooth, the people who did the recent "They Call me Trinity" & "Trinity is Still My Name" DVD Set.

They said theres no plans for these on blu anytime soon, & that it would be very expensive. And they have to wait for the producers of the film first.

eh sorry but dont think you will have much an idea if i take photos with my phone cellular! Also ive got a Hdready tv...

Well try ask to Medusa here: infovideo@medusa.it and info@mondohe.com
both of them should be involved in those films.

Maybe seeing that a guy from Australia is interested in the blurays , will make them move faster!

Is this forreal?

Does it mean an English version is soon on the way?

Why would they release the 2nd Trinity first? Should Release both at same.

I want this so badly on Blu ray. Why does Hollywood suck so much.
Won't bring any good stuff to Blu ray but casts Ben Asslick as Batman. What a bunch of clowns. Now this whole 4k bullshit. **** 4k

There's a ton of their movies, I think, from other countries.

I was only able to find versions that were lacking English audio, or subs.

The other releases were apparently of poor quality, cramming three or more movies onto a single disc and resulting in poor quality.

It's entirely possible that I missed something.
