I noticed on certain parts of a movie theres like a white force field around the people when they movie fast any ideas?

Do you have Auto Motion Plus (AMP) turned on? Is it on one of the higher settings? I'm pretty sure I've seen what you're describing when I've had AMP set to "high". I keep it on "low". You get all of the "dejudder" with very little (if any) soap opera effect or weird force field issues.
