Just bought a Samsung P1600 and having issues with it

Today I bought a Samsung P1600 blu-ray player. I was going to get the Sony S360 and a Roku player but the store and the Samsung P1600 on sale for $199 and I decided that I would give it a chance at that price and not have to buy a Roku player because of the Netflix feature in the P1600. Well I'm having problems with Netflix on this player.

First problem I'm having is a lip sync issue in the Elephant Man movie through Instant Watch on this player. The audio is ahead of the video around based on what I see when the actors are talking. Doesn't happen on my PC.

Another issue is that whenever I start a new movies for the first time through Netflix on this player there is no video or audio but the movie continues to play as I see the timer progressing. I have to press stop and restart the movie. Also for some reason I lost sound in Netflix with this player but when I got home after work and tried again the sound came back in Netflix.

And the last problem I'm having with it is the aspect ratio in Netflix. I have the player set to 16:9 normal. I was playing the movie 187 through Netflix and the aspect ratio didn't set to wide screen and everything looked squished horizontally but when I got home from work and tried again it displayed the correct aspect ratio.
