This is a question for those of you who use the DVE disc, or other DIY calibration blu-rays, to calibrate your displays.
Once finished, do you mirror the settings you came up with to the broadcast input (Satellite/cable)? We can't properly calibrate that source with this method, but we also can't really assume that the settings we got for the blu-ray are right for the broadcast programming. I tried doing it but it looked washed out and dull, so I just tweaked some stuff until I liked it. What do you do? |
