What's going on with MW1?
Ther's so many glitches and so many cheaters on almost all maps that i just stop playing online.
There was similar problem with W@W but it was fixed.I hope IW is doing something about it or they are focusing on MW2

I think Infinity Ward is just going to ignore Modern Warfare 1 for now on and just focus on part 2 to be even better

I agree, they are hiding inside rocks. Going through floors, getting into areas that they are not suppose to. Kind of makes the game less fun. I don't mind getting my @ss kicked by a good player but not by someone who's cheating hiding inside a rock.

I keep getting connection interruptions in the middle of a match. When I'm done with a match I go straight back to the lobby, and it says "server timed out." That's annoying.

I wouldn't say people are modding, there's a bunch of glitches. People just exploit 'em.

Aw jeez that sucks. I haven't played COD4 in such a long time; they were epically fun times. It's too bad you can't instantly report these players like on Playstation Home.

I noticed the same thing last night. I had quit playing for a little while to catch up on some other games and when I came back to it last night, every match was wrought with cheaters.

I wish they would fix this. I was hoping to get some major playing accomplished before MW2 came out.

These exploits are the hottest current trend right now. The cat is out of the bag.

Everybody with access wants in. Just wait a few months, the hype will go away.

I tried to get back into it a few weeks after W@W came out but I couldn't get anyone in my games like 3v3's and 5v5's Lame good thing I packed it up if this is going on.

It's not glitching. People are editing their game saves for noclip mode. It's pissing me off. People have been doing this for quite a while and it should have been fixed before every damn game became full of cheaters.

Those who have been cheating will probably be punished with an update that deletes all of their progress and statistics... eventually.

I'd recommend everyone flooding the developer's e-mail with complaints. That might get them to make a move towards taking action to rectify the situation.

Either this, or let all of the cheaters play by themselves and they will never be able to kill anyone since they will all be invincible. That will get them all to stop playing or re-install the game in order to get any value out of it again. However, I honestly don't like the idea that cheaters get away with something like this. So, make your voices heard and the developer will take action.

Personally, I don't like the game, nor have I owned it... but I still e-mailed them about this on behalf of all "fairplay" gamers everywhere. I even threatened to not continue purchasing the series if these types of scenarios aren't resolved in a timely manner with developer support.
