FOX starting to jump into the game again! - Blu-ray Forum

We have not yet got any movies scheduled in USA but FOX have got into the game in UK, France and Japan. Here is the current release schedule:

Here is the list of movies that are the list of movies coming to Blu-ray from Fox in fall:

September 7, Japan:
Sunshine (Day-and-date release with DVD in Japan)

September 24, UK:
Pathfinder (Day-and-date release with DVD in UK)

September 26, France:
Day After Tomorrow
Independence Day
Platoon.

October 24th, France:
Predator
Commando
Robocop
Arthur and the Invisibles
The Hills Have Eyes
Ice Age
Tristan & Isolde

YESSSSSS, Sunshine!!!

I remember sitting by myself in the theatre and the awesome colours and effects combined with the crystal clear projection just stunned me.
I've been pining for it to come to bluray ever since.
I'll definitely break my rule on buying blurays at or less than £12 for this.

Yes, but I don't think the US-releases are far away. Fox postponed and stopped their releases in all countries at about the same time. Now we can see several movies from FOX up on schedule again in these countries.

Me too! It's no bad movies FOX put up on Blu-ray now and it seams like they also stepped up to 50GB discs with Sunshine.

Sunshine doesn't hit theatres in the US until July 20th, so we need that first.

FOX can shove it. It's July already and they still haven't re-anounced all those previously anounced titles. They are all talk with nothing to back it up.

Even though I'm not that crazy about any of these titles, I'll just be glad when Fox begins releasing again. Fox/MGM have many many sensational titles to offer.

UM, Fox is a US studio, why are the movies not being released in the US first, seems only fair.
