Default HDCP compliance and cable...

I've started to receive the following error message when the system is turned on:

Copy Protection
The YPrPb output is blocked
Press EXIT to Cancel

My cable carrier is Cablevision and the box is connected via HDMI directly to my Sony KDL46Z5100. In addition my old Sharp LCD, also connected via HDMI, started to receive the same error message when it's fired up. In both cases, pressing exit seems to resolve the problem and it doesn't return when the channel is changed. The YPrPb is actually for component connection as I understand, then how is it relevant to HDMI connection?

While I understand that my system could be suspect, I also have some doubts that it is. The Sharp LCD is about 4-5 years old and it never once had this error message until yesterday.

I will call Cablevision and was wondering if anyone else had similar issues with their cable carrier.
TIA...
